Elizabeth A. Ruhe Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth A. Ruhe of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 16, 2024 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elizabeth A. Ruhe to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bowe and Mary Bowe (Nazer); her husband Don Ruhe; her son Rick; her siblings, Sylvan Bowe (Bernadette), Leon Bowe (Delores), Donald Bowe (Joan), Robert Bowe (Deloris), Clayton Bowe (Pat), Marvin Bowe, Gilmer Bowe, Richard Bowe (Gerda), Bernadine Pierce (Danny), Butch Chartrand and Arlene Rud (Earl); her siblings-in-law, Lucetta Mayer, Willie Mayer, Mike Ruhe, Ray Owen and Earl Hilber; and her stepgrandson Chris Knutson.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Knutson (Jack) and Dennis Ruhe (Amy); her granddaughter Emily Ruhe; her sister Myrna Chartrand; her sisters-in-law, Marcie Bowe, Suzanne Bowe, Marge Owen and Georgia Hilber; her daughter-in-law Karen Ruhe; her stepgrandchildren, Darlene Thibeadeau, Jason Knutson, Kelly Taylor (Mike), Tamara Knutson (Chris), Thom Crowe (Christine) and Cassie Gutierrez (Ricardo); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jonathan, Kendall, Tiara, Jessica, Nick, Alyssa, Kade and Elise. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Horan Funeral Home (420 Bay St, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
