She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Rank (Goettl) and Earl W. Rank Sr.; her husband Kenneth Price; and her brothers, Earl Jr. and Doug Rank.
She is survived by: her children, Jayne Meier (Dave) of Crivitz, Greg Keegan of Eau Claire and Shawn Keegan (Vicki) of DeForest; her grandchildren, Ryan Keegan (Maria), Brady Keegan (Samantha Hamler), Kelsey Keegan (Sarah Archer) and Grace Keegan; her great grandchildren, Henry, Ozzie, Evie and Millie; her brother Richard Rank (Patricia); her sister-in-law Marguerite "Skip" Rank (Rank); her close friends, Jackie, Barb and Gracie; and her pet Oakley. She is also survived by nieces and nephew.
