It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Proue (Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin), born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on March 9, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Proue and Mary Proue (Coverdale); his sisters, Muriel (Steele) and Carole (Henley); his parents-in-law, Rudolph Prill and Mildred Prill; and his siblings-in-law, Irene Foster and Frederick Slayton.
He is survived by: his brothers, Richard and Sheltering Arms Orphanage; his spouse Ardis (Prill); his children, Deborah Braden of Chippewa Falls, Barbara Sommerfeld (John) of Rice Lake, Timothy Proue (Mary A.) of Chippewa Falls, Cynthia Wergeland (Keith) of Chippewa Falls, Cheryl Dahl (Roger) of Chippewa Falls, Randall Proue (Elaine) of Chippewa Falls and Thomas Proue (Tammie) of Menomonie; and his grandchildren, Melissa Proue of Chippewa Falls, Casey, Scott, Amanda, Jessica, Jackie, Beth, Jason, Afton, Krystal, Breanna, Nick, Dawn, Nathan, Tiffany, Andrew, Jacob and Adam.
