He is survived by: his former wife Christine Tarter of Hillsdale; his wife Janet Lotz; his brother Raymond Clepper (Shirley) of Chisago City, MN; his children, Sandra Jenkins of Hillsdale, MI and Thomas Clepper (Judith) of Cumberland, WI; his grandchildren, Beth Ferris (Jassen) of Cottage Grove, MN, Rebecca Clepper of St. Paul, MN, Tonya Ramelfanger (Justin Javener) of Bloomer, WI and Shawn Clepper of St. Paul, MN.; his great grandchildren, Samantha Kenmir (Michael), Devon Ramelfanger (Cristal), Kristyn Long, Joseph Long, Tyler Ramelfanger, Jonathan Briggs, Alex Ramelfanger (Mckinlea), Donavin Ramelfanger, Magdalyn Briggs and Rachael Winkleman; and his great great grandchildren, Jordan, Elliot, Lucas, Malia, Olivia and Joseph.
