He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Giedd and Madonna Giedd (Bleskacek); his wife Debra Giedd (Mantik); his siblings, Carol Millen, Bonnie Giedd, Betty Giedd, Steven Giedd and Donna Davey; and his grandchildren, Tricia Giedd and Christian Tom.
He is survived by: his children, Ross Giedd (Lyndon Station), Robin Patrow (Lyndon Station) and Jodi (Kevin).
For memorial contributions, the family has requested donations be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
