It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Hazelton (Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin), born in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 5, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Orm Hazelton and Alice "Betty" Steltzer (Victor); his brothers, Don Hazelton and Joe Hazelton; and his great grandchild Baby Carlos.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Martin; his daughters, Michele Hazelton of Chippewa Falls, Brenda Rud (Scott Robinson) of Chippewa Falls and Tammy Lammers (Mark Ulvog) of Chippewa Falls; his grandchildren, Kayla Smith, Christina Avila (Carlos), Jeffrey Smith, Amanda Rud, Cassie Rud, Tiffany Lammers and Duane Lammers; and his siblings, Bill Hazelton of Lake Hallie, Linda Harshman of Eau Claire, Randy Hazelton (Debbie) of Holcombe, Debbie Kadinger of Eau Claire and Todd Hazelton (Flordeliza Velasco) of Eau Claire. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
