He is survived by: his wife Helen Zwiefelhofer; his sons, Charles "Charlie" Hagen, Jr. (Sherri Stoneburner) and Scott Hagen; his stepchildren, Susan Hartzell (Kenny), Dawn Wilson, Donna Larson (Larry), Lisa Blank (Steve), Barbara Beaudette-Nowak (Paul), Kevin Zwiefelhofer (Kim) and Wayne Zwiefelhofer; and his pets, Schnoodle and Sadiemae. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren.
