He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Jasper and Lorraine Jasper (Ebben); his son Keith Jasper; and his siblings, Jack Jasper and Marilyn Sebranek.
He is survived by: his wife Crystal Nelson; his children, Ken (Sonya Schug) of Elk Mound and Kimberly (Eric Speckhart) of Fall Creek; his sister Pam Kammeyer of River Falls; his grandchildren, Brandon Kruger, Benjamin Vankirk, Sarah Betts, Cassendra and Samantha Jasper; and his great grandchildren, Knox, Freya and Silas.
