He was predeceased by: his grandchild Justin; his parents, Evelyn and Raymond; and his brothers, Arley and Charles.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy, Jody, Jon and Kelli; his grandchildren, Nicole, Brayden, Nevaeh, Cole, Joel, Jacob, Pita and Jimmy; his stepchildren, Michael and Samantha; and his brothers, Gene and Richard. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the family.
