She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Rugg and Fanny Rugg; her husband Allen Wheeler; and her brother Duane. She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Wheeler, Diane Larsen (John) and Elizabeth Wheeler; and her niece Vikki Jenson (Bea). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and many loving family members and friends.
