She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Long and Alice Long (Strubbe); and her grandson Joshua Pampuch. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, John C. Czech III (Michelle), JoAnne M. Pampuch (Steve) and David P. Czech (Mary); her siblings, Phyllis Czech (Ted), Jack Long (Berna), Kathleen Manning (Wayne), Karen Morgan (Bruce), Margaret Morgan (Dennis) and Susan Long; and also Ted. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.

Donations can be made in her name to the Franciscan Food Pantry or St. Joseph's Hospital.
