She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Simon and Katherine Simon (Turany); her husband Cyril Schemenauer; her sons, Ronald and Bryon "Beaner" Schemenauer; her grandson Benjamin Ruf; her siblings, William, Norbert, Wilfred, Ernest, Anthony Simon, Dorothy Boos, Josephine Humbert, Alice McDonald and Joan Morain; and her brothers-in-law, Bob Morain and James Geist.
She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne Prince (Douglas) of Bloomer and Cynthia Ruf (Ronald) of Chippewa Falls; her daughter-in-law Colleen Schemenauer of Chippewa Falls; her siblings, Allen Simon (Yvonne) of Chippewa Falls, Fran Girard (Don) of Chippewa Falls, Armilla Geist of Chetek and Rosanna Winrich (Larry) of Eau Claire; her sister-in-law Jane Simon of Bloomer; her grandchildren, Jeremiah Prince, Nathan Prince (Jessie), Matthew Prince (Nicole), Hannah Prince (Letaya Mulhern), Marrissa Yarrington (Dean), Michael Ruf (Cassie), Zachariah Ruf, Melissa Schleppenbach (Ty), Shawn Schemenauer, Kristen Schemenauer (Cory Braswell), Mitchel Schemenauer (Gus Pendleton) and Dawn Gerke (Jason); her great grandchildren, Austin, Mason Prince, Lainey, Leon Yarrington, Kaysen Mulhern, Hunter, Weston, Hailey Gerke, Max, Madeline and Samuel Schleppenbach; and her close friend Mary Martin.
