He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Simon and Katherine Simon (Turany); his wife Yvonne Connell of Peter's Catholic Church; and his siblings, Tony, William, Wilfred, Norbert, Ernest, Christopher, Josephine Humbert, Alice McDonald, Dorothy Boos, Joan Morain and Ann Schemenauer.
He is survived by: his son Joseph Simon (Stacey) of Cadott; his grandchildren, Brandon and Katelynn; his daughter Michele Zimmerman (Dale) of Chippewa Falls; his grandchildren, Amanda and Cody Zimmerman; his daughter Tammy Simon (Chad Joas) of Chippewa Falls; his grandchildren, Bobbi, Carothers Troy and Jimmy Rasmusen; his daughter Amy Simon (Jeremy Loew) of Slidell, LA; his grandsons, Randell, Robert Rands and Hayden Sole; his daughters, Christina Simon (Mitch Taylor) of Cornell, Jodee and Trinity; his sisters, Armilla Geist of Bloomer, Fran Girard (Don) of Chippewa Falls and Roseanne Winrich of Eau Claire; and his pet Peanut. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends; and his loyal companion.
