He was predeceased by: his parents, E. DeLaney Hopkins and Norma Hopkins. He is survived by: his wife Helen Binsfeld; his sisters, Sonna Perez (Rudy) and Erin Kulibert (James); and his pet Aspen. He is also survived by seven sisters-in-law; two brothers-in-law; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations be made to Children's Hospital, Milwaukee in James' name.
