He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Oakley and Madilyn Oakley. He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Oakley (Marilyn) and Nancy Eckert (Earl); his children, Scott Oakley (Kristi), Wayne Oakley, Amy Sass (Tary), Earl Oakley Jr., Amanda Sheehan (Shane), Angela Jarvie and Brandon Carr; and his close friend Virjean Laport. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and five grandchildren.
