He is survived by: his mother Jeanette Schmitt (Meyer) of Boyd; his close friend Brenda Van Ert; his brothers, Dave of Granton, Dan Chippewa Falls (Pam), Steve Cadott (Tammy) and Jamie Chippewa Falls (Tina); his daughter Melissa Wampole (Sam) of Thorp; his grandchildren, Quintin, Preston, Khloe and Liam of Thorp; his sister-in-law AnnMarie Schmitt; his nephew Jeremy Schmitt; his aunt Peggy; and also, Brad, Ricky, Tracy, Amy, Duane and Judy Van Ert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
