He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Rathman and Priscilla Rathman. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his children, Lisa Arndt (Larry), Allona Neblock (Brian) and Bob Arndt (Jen); his grandchildren, Karli (Gary) and Autumn; and his friend Dave.
