He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Reiter and Audrey Reiter (Barnum); his grandson Shaun Reiter; his brothers, Earl and Joseph; his parents-in-law, Jane, Robert Mayer and Ronald Goettl; his nieces, Amanda and Michelle Reiter; his nephew Michael Reiter; and his great-nephew Samuel McCrackin.

He is survived by: his close friends, Batgirl and Chyna; his wife Cindy Reiter (Goettl); his daughter Audrey Kampin (Justin) of Baldwin; his granddaughters, Ava and Faith; his son Tommy Jr. Reiter (Bridget) of Chippewa Falls; his grandsons, Jack and Max; his son David Reiter of Chetek; his granddaughter Gemma; his brothers, John Reiter (Julie) of Chetek, Jeffrey Reiter (Mary) of Eau Claire, Cecil Jr. Reiter (Kim) of Eau Claire and Mike Reiter (Sherri) of Chili; and his sister-in-law Kathy Reiter (Earl). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
