She is survived by: her mother Marion Jacobs (Gleason) of Chippewa Falls; her children, Jeffrey Shafer (Sheri) of La Crosse, Jennifer Plitzner (Steven) of Eau Claire and Jessica Shafer (Nyia Yang) of Onalaska; her siblings, James Jacobs (Linda) of Eau Claire, David Jacobs (Donna) of Hudson, Carol Clifton of Chippewa Falls, Judy Hakes (Jim) of Chippewa Falls, Lynn Boos (Dean) of Chippewa Falls and Pamela Kortbein (Robert) of Eau Claire; her brother-in-law Pat Clifton of Chippewa Falls; and her grandchildren, Nickolas, Fletcher, Tyler, Hannah, Harry, Bailey and Mya. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
