He is survived by: his parents, Bruce Jacobs and Kristi Jacobs; his sister Taylor Jacobs; and his grandparents, Nancy, Steve Lind, Brenda and Ron Katz. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
