He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Bill and Karen June Kelley. He is survived by: his significant other Susan Gillett; his daughter Marya Kelley (Daniel); his grandchildren, Jordyn Kelley of North St, Kaycie Staples of North St and Daniel Staples of North St; and his siblings, Teresa Roop, Michael Kelley and Christopher Kelley. He is also survived by one niece and two nephews and other family and friends.
