He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Cizek; his daughters, Peggy Smith (Donny) of Eau Claire and LuAnn Madland (Pete) of Chetek; his grandchildren, Trevor Matson, Jared Matson (Teresa), Nolan Matson (Erika), Kasey Wampole (Keith), Dawn Bertranou (Marco), Jenny Crawford (Nate), Molly Madland and Emily Madland; his great grandchildren, Brohde, Milayna, Avery, Beckett, Kennedy, Jack, Will, Cate, Andrew, Nico, Eloise, Olive and Enzo; his sisters-in-law, Caroline Cizek and Adeline Cizek; and his godson Jim Stump. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
