He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Lee and Crystal Lee; his sister Norma; and his son Daniel Merle. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Walker; and his children, Tom (Susan), Miriam (Mark), Andrew (Shannon), Jon (Melissa) and Sarah (Cory). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren and beloved sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins.
