It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Robert Hoard of Chetek, Wisconsin, born in New Auburn, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 16, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hoard and Hester Hoard (Mapes). He is survived by: his wife Janice Hoard; his children, Eugene Hoard Jr. (Dawn), Daniel Hoard, Gretchen Hoard and Kyle Hoard (Amanda); his stepchildren, Mike Baker (Nicole), Rob Grzesk (Jen) and Amanda Thompson; his grandchildren, Heidi Gustum (Nathan), Jason Hoard (Karianna), Dylan Hoard, Braxten Hoard, Haven Hoard, Andrea Hinzman, Alyssa Hinzman, Bretta Baker (Kayla) and Matt Baker; his great grandchildren, Grace, Chloe, Averie Gustum, Alton Hoard and Ellie Hoard; and his sister Joann Severude.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Ridgeland Community Center (200 Diamond St, Ridgeland, WI 54763).
