She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lipke and Alma Lipke; her husband Warren; her brother Larry; and her siblings-in-law, Kate Lipke, Charles Fagerlin and Clara Fagerlin.

She is survived by: her children, Steve Fagerlin (Kathy) of Barron, Roger Fagerlin (Anne) of Hillsdale and Marie Hastings (Dan) of Hudson; her grandchildren, Brent Fagerlin of Barron, Lori Bygd (Neil) of Hillsdale, Bonnie Johnson (Scott) of North Pole, AK, Carol Hafermann (Tim) of Boyceville and Scott Fagerlin (Denise) of Eau Claire; and her sister Arlene Thompson (George) of Tigard, OR. She is also survived by many nephews and one niece.

“Aunt Dorothy and i shared a birthday and a very special connection. She was a spry and witty woman who never missed sending me a birthday or christmas card and staying in touch. She was loved by her family and when our Grandpa Larry (her brother) died thirty eight years and three days before her she never let us forget his love and protection for our family lived on in her every day she walked the earth. I love you Auntie, rest high with Uncle Warren and the angels.”
