He is survived by: his wife Constance Cummings; his daughters, Lynnette Smith, Karn Jones and LuAnn Cummings; his grandchildren, Amanda Anderson (Garry), Micah Bielski, Tiffany Ayeni, Turner Mahrle, Ashleigh Cayll (Chris), Nicholas Mahrle and Collin Toufar; his great grandchildren, Noah, Rylie, Trinity, Aly and Dylon; and his brother Dale Cummings (Sally).
