He was predeceased by: his parents, Verlyn Lindsley and Beverly Lindsley; his wife Sheri Lynne Addison; and his brother Carl. He is survived by: his daughters, Rochelle M. Addison and Melinda S. Willborn; his grandchildren, David S. A. Addison, Jaylon Earl C. Green of Natalya, P. L, Green and Lovella S. O. Willborn; and his sister Connie Lohman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
