He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Warner and Aneta Warner (Schaldach); his brother Glen A. "Junior" Warner; and his nephew Steven Warner. He is survived by: his spouse MaryAnn Phillips; his siblings, Jean Carrillo (Warner) and Gale Warner (Judy); and his nieces and nephews, Larry Carrillo (Karen), Vern Carrillo (Bonnie), Lonnie Carrillo (Lois), Greg Warner (Kristen), Brian Warner (LeAnn), Gwen Fellers (Warner), Linda Woelper (Paul) and Lori Carrillo. He is also survived by ten great nieces and nephews and five great-great nieces.
