She was predeceased by: her parents, Christian Bekkedal and Magda Bekkedal (Amundson); her husband Arnold Schroeder; and her siblings, Helmer Bekkedal, Gurda Jothen, Minola Brye, Clifton, Eugene "Bud", Norman Bekkedal, Clara Amundson and Muriel Everson.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Wrobel of Westby, Dennis Schroeder (Patricia) of Ixonia, Karen Swingen (Greg) of Fort Atkinson and Mark Schroeder of La Crosse. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to St. Peter's Lutheran Church and sent to family in c/o Seland Funeral Home, P.O. Box 217 Coon Valley, WI 54623.
