He is survived by: his wife Dianne Hoffman; his sister Kathy McKenzie (Jim); his children, Tammy Hoffman and Mark Hoffman (Amy); and his grandchildren, Ashlee, Alex, Jacob, Ben and Abby. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
