He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hultqust and Loretta Hultqust (Hayes). He is survived by: his wife Kitty; his sons, Matthew, Andrew (Bryan McKay) and Arron Hultquist; and his siblings, Brad, Kevin (Julia), Todd Hultquist, Cheryl Auchterlonie (Dirk) and Karen Hanson (David). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
