With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William A. Helm (Cedarburg, Wisconsin), born in Thiensville, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 3, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Helm and Josephine Jahn Helm; his son Brian; and his brothers, Paul (late Arlene) and Elmer Helm (late Adeline).

He is survived by: his wife Lois Volkmann of Kirchhayn; his children, David Helm (Colleen) of Cedarburg and Nola Sella (Ron) of Cedarburg; his daughter-in-law Lauri Helm of Jackson; and his grandchildren, Charles, Emily (Billy Helm), Katie Bublitz (Jake), Mitchell (Nicholas Sella) and Kaitlyn Krueger (Jeffrey Crawford). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Stars and Stripes Honor Flight or the Peter Wollner American Legion Post 288.
