He was predeceased by: his father Alois Kokta; and his father-in-law Leslie Zahn. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his sons, Paul (Emilie), Mark (Heidi) and Michael (Kathryn); his grandchildren, Kaia, Gabriel, Emre, Nicholas and Marc Anthony; his mother Sophie Kokta; his mother-in-law Elizabeth Zahn; and his brothers, Gary (Patricia), Greg (Jill), Bill (Eileen) and John (Pat). He is also survived by many family members and friends.
