He was predeceased by: his father Marc Provencher (Joanne A.); his father-in-law Charles Leonard (Amy); and his brother Russ Provencher (Cindy). He is survived by: his wife Laura (Leonard); his children, Noah, Evan and Sidney; his mother Joanne H. Provencher; his siblings, Teri, Christine Drake (Peter) and Scott Provencher; and his sister-in-law Lisa Miliner (Chris). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
