He is survived by: his wife Josephine Amoroso Boelkow; his grandchildren, Stacy, Lindsay (James), Amanda (Adam), Robert (Lauren), Erik, Brian and Zachary; and his great grandchildren, Preston, Jared, Courtney, Atticus, Alba and Runte.
