He was predeceased by: his brother Bruce; and his parents, Mark and EmmaNettesheim (Kreuser). He is survived by: his spouse Kathleen (Connelly); and his siblings, Neal (Mary Lee), Lois Purrington and SandraVilla. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives.
