Sandra J. Hoffmann Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra J. Hoffmann (Cedarburg, Wisconsin), who passed away on May 22, 2019 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband David Hoffmann Sr.; and her siblings, George Rathke and Derald Rathke. She is survived by: her children, David Hoffmann Jr., Daniel Hoffmann (Carol) and Denise Laszkiewicz (Joe); her grandchildren, Nick, Kyle, Aaron, Bailee, Jakob, Danial, Thomas and Holly; her sister Sue Wittenberg (John); her sister-in-law Barb Rathke; and her close friends, Joan Raasch, Lois and Schwarten. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer's Association are appreciated.
