He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Chris Penasa (Jurga Herron) of Tampa, FL, Andy Penasa of Milwaukee and Angie Penasa (Josh Schwan) of Louisville, KY.; his sister Judy Davis (Roger) of Strongsville, OH; his niece Jenny; and his nephew Joe.
