He is survived by: his fiancée Sally Kohl; his daughters, Tracy Bentz (Graham) and Dr. Ami Thompson; his granddaughters, Rachell Turner and Charlotte Bentz; his son-in-law Cameron Turner (Kimberly); and his friend Paul Orwal (Alicia). He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, memorials suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
