He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; and his brothers-in-law, Ken Becksted and Don Bender. He is survived by: his daughters, Sue Scheer (Gary) and Cindy McGrath (Jim); his grandchildren, Shelley Hyde (Kevin) and Shaun Scheer (Kelly); his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Madelyn, Joeclyn and Rayna; his close friend Don; and his siblings, Eunice Becksted, Bonnie Holbrook (John), Carol Bender, Ralph Wobschall (Judy) and Don Weir (Susan).
