He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fornero and Josephine Schulte; and his sister Lois Kivi. He is survived by: his son Danny; his wife Teresa; his son Daniel (Melinda); his brother Donald of Camp Lake; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Golen of Elmhurst, IL, Leona Werner of Kenosha and Richard Kivi. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews and friends.
