He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul R. Ellsworth and Jane H. Ellsworth; and his siblings, Paul (Patsy), Mary, John (Maria), Jamie (Patti), Matt (Tracy) and Tim Ellsworth (Kristin). He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and good friends.
