He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Dobberpuhl and Anita Dobberpuhl; and his brothers, Alan and Blaine. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Becky Frederick (Rob) of Verona, WI and Bevan Dobberpuhl (Anne Conry) of Shorewood, WI; his grandchildren, Juliette and Bennett Dobberpuhl; and his siblings-in-law, Julie Dobberpuhl and Ray Klumb (Fran).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Neil's name may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, Cedarburg, or the Ozaukee County 4-H Foundation.
