She was predeceased by: her parents, Isadore Spaeth and Lorraine Spaeth; her daughter Barbara; her siblings, Henry Spaeth (Laverne), Sister Gabriel Mary Spaeth, Charles Spaeth and Alice Adelmeyer (Merlin); and her parents-in-law, Darwin Verhaalen and Adell Friede (Frank).
She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Verhaalen; her children, Doug Verhaalen (Frankie), Linda Taylor (John), Kay Roy, Keith Verhaalen (Karen), Chris Verhaalen (Allison), Rick Verhaalen (Amy) and Pam White (Andy); her siblings, Jerome Spaeth (Diane), Sister Laura Jean Spaeth, Tony Spaeth (Mary Jane), Bernie Spaeth (Trish), Ron Spaeth (Helen), Rich Spaeth (Judy) and Lucy Bingen (Dave); and her sisters-in-law, Ruth Spaeth and Mabel Verhaalen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
