He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Verhaalen; his parents, Edward Verhaalen and Mabel Verhaalen; his daughter Barbara; and his siblings, Darwin Verhaalen and Adell Friede (Frank).
He is survived by: his children, Doug Verhaalen (Frankie), Linda Taylor (John), Kay Roy, Keith Verhaalen (Karen), Chris Verhaalen (Allison), Rick Verhaalen (Amy) and Pam White (Andy); and his siblings-in-law, Mabel Verhaalen, Jerome Spaeth (Diane), Sister Laura Jean Spaeth, Tony Spaeth (Mary Jane), Bernie Spaeth (Trish), Ron Spaeth (Helen), Rich Spaeth (Judy), Lucy Bingen (Dave) and Ruth Spaeth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be given in Lloyd's name to Cedarburg High School Athletics specifying CHS Baseball Project or Redeemer Evangelical Lutheran Church.
