We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2024, at the age of 86, Leo A. Thiel of Cedarburg, Wisconsin, born in Des Plaines, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo S. Thiel and Caroline Thiel (Szczerbicki); his sister Leona; and his granddaughters, Lily and Liane.
He is survived by: his wife Patti; his children, Sandie Heinecke (Kevin) and Steve Thiel (Nora); his grandchildren, Ethan, Sam, Hannah, Olivia and Michael; his sister Dorothy Brady; his nephews, Bernard, Paul (Rhoda) and Dennis (Diana); and his niece Jennifer.
