Kozminski (Cedarburg, Wisconsin), born in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 23, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard and Aletta; and his sister Cathy. He is survived by: his children, Olivia "Pips", Claudia, Carly "Carcar" and Cole "Coco"; and his sisters, Mary Ann Spychalla (Dennis), Marge Mosey and Barb Foley (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, relatives, friends.
Due to COVID-19, seating will be very limited, and the funeral service will also be broadcast online.
