He was predeceased by: his mother Esther Clemens. He is survived by: his wife Nelda J. Butzke; his children, Tammy Gullickson (Tim) of Campbellsport and Tim Clemens (Carla) of Cumming, GA; his grandchildren, Kyrstal, Collin, Brendon and Jason; his stepgrandchildren, Zach and Mason; and his great grandchild Connar. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
