It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John C. Bemis (Cedarburg, Wisconsin), born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 12, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Milfred and Tannie Bemis; his wife Gail June Hiam; his daughter Rebecca Bemis; his granddaughter Jennifer Bemis; and his siblings, Rose Zachow (Glen), Edward Bemis (Alice), George Bemis and Carol Lex.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jeff Bemis (Mary), Jeanne Wonders (Paul), Linda Martin (late Steve), Catherine Rucktenwald (Leon) and Brian Bemis (Dennise); his siblings, Marjory Lyford (David) and Clarence Bemis (Diane); and his parents-in-law, Pauline Bemis, Louis (Darlene) and Dan Danielson (Sharon). He is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Salvation Army are appreciated.
