It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Lee Packard (Cedarburg, Wisconsin), born in Portage, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 3, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Packard and Jessie Packard; and his sisters, Janet Scholes and JoAnn Timme. He is survived by: his wife Sara; his sons, Jay (Lynn) of Mequon, WI and Tim (Maria) of Alpharetta, GA; his grandchildren, Colin, Campbell, Madeline and Hayden Packard; and his sister Jane Cruckson of Muskegon, MI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
